Richard has over 30 years’ experience at senior executive levels both in Banking and Finance as well as private enterprise within Australia and internationally.

Most recently, over the last 9 years, Richard has been a consultant in the area of leadership development and cultural integration. Richard understands what is required and the challenges faced by business leaders in their diverse and ever changing environments.

His skills and knowledge as a consultant enable him to deliver practical and logical solutions in keeping with the needs of his clients. His greatest strength is his ability to connect with people at all levels and across many cultures. His in depth knowledge of what is required to succeed in a cross cultural environment has been gained from having spent considerable time living and working in Europe and Asia.

Richard’s passion for wanting to see others succeed and discover their strengths is what drives him to challenge and encourage people to bring about their best outcomes.
